Provisional bookings can be held for 24hrs.
No babies under 1 yr.
Deposit of 50 percent on email conformation of booking, balance six weeks prior to arrival.
Deposit to include £25 for first dog £20 for second and third dog, I will consider more dogs please ( a total max of £55 for all dogs stay) discuss this prior to booking, ( which I donate to dog charities to save dog’s from kill pounds). Please bring throws if you like a cuddle on the sofa with your 🐶, keep them downstairs for the comfort of my non pet guests and please do not leave the alone in the cottage for the comfort of my lovely neighbours.
Deposit to include £50 security refundable deposit.

The security deposit of £50 will be refunded back by the same method it was paid. Please allow up to three working days after departure ( however I aim to return on the day of departure)Deductions will be made for damage or if extra cleaning is required to cover cleaning costs.
